Inshore catching good numbers of Virginia mullet, red & black drum, flounder, speckled trout, striped bass, spots, croakers, & blowfish.
On the piers catching spots, Virginia mullet, still a few flounder, bluefish, & black drum. The piers will be closing for the winter after Thanksgiving.
In the surf some small black drum & some nice sized Virginia mullet. The Virginia mullet run is finally here. It’s in full swing. Get out & catch some to put in your freezer for the winter. They are some of the best eating fish around this area. Preferred bait is shrimp & cut bait. Keep fishing & stay safe.
