Fishing Report 8-4-2010
August 12th, 2010 by Gillwetter PressHad a full day trolling trip with Chuck and Patti in town from Greensboro. They requested Mahi and Sails if we could find them. Started at around 13 miles at a wreck and after the 1st passed the long line went off and the drag started screaming. After a short battle Chuck landed a 33 lb King. We continued in the area and had a couple Cudas. Moved to some ledges at 16 miles and started catching some nice Mahi. Continued with some good action with Mahi into the afternoon. Had a great day but didn’t find a Sailfish but plenty of Mahi action.
